12.19.11 = “…he knows when you’re awake…” Well, he knows I couldn’t sleep last night. I finally fell asleep at 6:30am when my neighbor was leaving for work! Needless to say I’m just exhausted today. I was so tired too, my eyes were closed but my brain just wouldn’t shut down. I’m so glad it’s a rare occasion for me. I really feel for people with chronic insomnia. Hopefully I catch back up tonight. “Insomnia will nourish itself on any kind of thinking, including thinking about not thinking.” Clifton Fadiman
