05.12.11 = Many Hats Hats, hats, hats. They seem to be everywhere this Spring. We had all the Easter bonnets, then the Royal Wedding and all those wonderful hats and fascinators. And then just last weekend, all the Derby hats for the Kentucky Derby. I love the look, but personally, they just don’t work for me. Having short blonde hair, I put on a hat and I look bald. Then I always get that terrible “hat-head” thing going on; not a good look for me. But I do wear many hats figuratively speaking. I have my Sister/Daughter/Aunt Hat, of which I am most proud of and my Friend Hat. I have my Photography Hat, Business Hat, Creative/Artistic Hat; Chef Hat, Fix-it Hat, Party Hat, Cleaning/Laundry Hat; my Listening and Thinking Hat, but those are Caps really, and there are countless others; each with a specific agenda and role to play. How many hats do you wear? Which ones are you most proud of? “Leave everyone wondering which is the more interesting piece of work..you or your hat.”
