08.28.13 = Morning Surprises This is one of my favorite places to walk in the early morning. Do you see all the water rings in the pond? They were are all created by tadpoles, coming up for air. They only do this early in the morning. I've walked this path in the evening, and all is still and quite. If you look closely, you can see a few at the surface. I love all the little surprises I get on early morning walks. "Everybody needs beauty as well as bread, places to play in and pray in, where nature may heal and give strength to body and soul." John Muir
10.03.13 = Natures Poetry "The poetry of the earth is never dead." John Keats
10.14.13 = Crimson Color "Magnificent Autumn! He comes not like a pilgrim, clad in russet weeds. He comes not like a hermit, clad in gray. But he comes like a warrior, with the stain of blood upon his brazen mail." Henry Wadsworth Longfellow.
