Seriously, what is my problem? How is it, that I can turn a perfectly clean kitchen into a splattered, sticky, powdery mess in just 10 minutes when I cook? My counters quickly become covered with equipment and tools. My sink fills up with water filled bowls and gooey utensils. And let's not mention my kitchen floor. I may need to rent an industrial power washer to get that clean again. And those cooking shows; seriously? They never spill or splatter a drop. I can't even get powdered sugar out of the bag without my counter top looking like a Boston winter! Now I consider myself a neat and tidy person overall, but when it comes to cooking, look out, I'm like the Tasmanian devil!
