2011 the daily post - photo journal

I've named this gallery "The Daily Post" but I can't promise that I will post every day. This gallery is more of a journal of what's going on in my little section of this world we all share. Some days the photo may be better than the commentary and others, the commentary is much better than the photo. It's just a way to combine two of my favorite things, photography and speaking my mind. From sweet tea to sweet love, it all seems a little sweeter in Texas. And what a sweet opportunity for me to be able to shoot my nephew Kurt and his sweet girlfriend, Brandi. Since my sister and brother-in-law moved down to Texas 13 years ago, I think how much my nephews and niece have grown up and all the little things I’ve missed over the years. Hearing about daily events seemed to shift to hearing about yearly events. So, being able to shoot Kurt and Brandi made me feel like I missed nothing at all. That little boy was still inside the man that stood before me. So thank you for making my life a little sweeter and letting me become part of your future. Love you! Oh, and Happy Birthday Jim! <br />
