2011 the daily post - photo journal
I've named this gallery "The Daily Post" but I can't promise that I will post every day. This gallery is more of a journal of what's going on in my little section of this world we all share. Some days the photo may be better than the commentary and others, the commentary is much better than the photo. It's just a way to combine two of my favorite things, photography and speaking my mind. Here's to 2011! Kris :D

on January 26, 2011Beautiful work Kristan. You might want to consider taking these last three and putting them side by side in one of those 3 picture frames.

I am waiting for my professors input on what he wants me to put in the portfolio I will build this semester.Since he teaches photo journalism and marketing photography, he may want my focus to be there. However, since I want to open a portrait studio I plan to take a variety of people pictures for that portfolio. I'd like to be able to show the scope of what I have done though with the best of everything. But how do I create balance? Thinking of most portrait/wedding photographer's portfolios, they may only have people and wedding pictures on display. What do you think?
