09.15.10 = What a face!
My sister Kasey had a conference in Columbus the past few days, so I had her two dogs overnight again. And since I posted a photo of Lucy, his sister, the other week , it’s only fair to post one of Digby as well. Digby or Diggs as I call him, is the exact opposite of Lucy. He is a laid back, go with the flow, Mr. Mellow kind of guy. He’s getting up there in years now too, I think he’s 11 going on 12. Is that right? I remember when she rescued him from the pound, he was only a few months old. That fuzzy little face with those big ears; what a cutie. We ‘re still not 100%sure just what kind of a mutt he is. My Dad calls him a Blarney terrier. (For those of you not familiar with Irish humor, that’s a terrier mutt.) Most likely he is Wheaton terrier and a Golden Retriever mix. Nonetheless, he’s a great dog and just goes to show all the great joy a rescue dog can bring.
