10.26.14 = Up-Close with Bambi

I was out on a walk with Gracie yesterday and we came across Bambi here. I have to say, he was not afraid of us at all, and Gracie; she was whimpering and wagging her tail, I think she wanted to play with him. He continued to eat on the grass, Gracie lay down and I got off several shots in focus! I really think that if I had corn and held it out for him, he would of come over and eaten out of my hand. He was only about 20' to 30' away from us. It was only when I went to put my camera away and Gracie moved suddenly that he disappeared back into the woods.

"If you're going to shoot something, use a camera; Cannon is my weapon of choice!"
