This is the beautiful metal cut-work that covers the windows at street level on the Cincinnati Bell building. I find it amazing that the inlaid stones are still intact after all these years. But like a gem, they stand the test of time. Beautiful to look at, but it's what your made of that matters. I want to wish my Mother a Happy Birthday today. She too is a true gem! <br />
