This is my 2009 photo journal gallery. I would like to commit to a new photo everyday, but with my schedule I know I could never maintain it. I will add new photo's as often as I can and it can be anything that catches my eye. So, this is 2009 THROUGH MY EYES!

11.30.09 = Ahh, the chocolate chip cookie. What could be better than a chocolate chip cookie? To me, it’s the ultimate finger food. You don’t need a fork like with cake or pie. You can dunk it in milk or tea or even hot coffee if you like. You may like them soft or slightly crunchy; with or without nuts. You can make them in square bars or traditional rounds. You can make them large or small and eat one big one or three small ones. There is no better dough just to eat raw, right out of the bowl…Again I ask, what could be better than the chocolate chip cookie? How do you like your cookie?

on November 30, 2009Hmmmm... I think we were separated at birth!!!!! I like mine somewhat soft with lots of nuts. I actually add crushed up corn flakes to my batter to keep them soft yet add a crunch to every bite. They look delicious. :)
